Welcome to TK Born and Raised, the premier football academy on the London and Surrey border. With a deep-rooted passion for the game and a genuine commitment to the welfare of children, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to be trained at a high level. We understand the profound connection between on-pitch lessons and life skills, and it is this ethos that drives us forward.
At TK Born And Raised UK Academy, we bring elite football coaching to the local community. Our comprehensive range of sessions includes group development, after-school clubs, holiday camps, and personalized 1-to-1 sessions. Designed for children aged 6 to adults, our inclusive structure ensures that every participant, regardless of background, gender, or footballing ability, feels welcome and valued. Even if your child is already part of a football club, we offer additional coaching and support to complement their existing training schedule.
Our training sessions provide an exceptional opportunity for your child to develop key skills both on and off the pitch.
We prioritize engaging experiences that build confidence, foster collaboration, and create lasting friendships. Our goal is for members to leave each session feeling a sense of progress, newfound football abilities, and, above all, fun!
Led by our talented coaches, all of whom are FA affiliated, TK Born and Raised benefits from the unique insights of founder Tom Nyama, a former professional football player.
Affiliated with Surrey FA, we have a strong partnership with the Metropolitan Police where Tommy played for and presently serves as the head coach.
Regular exercise offers numerous benefits for children, including a positive attitude, enhanced leadership skills, and improved mental well-being.

Founder & Head Coach
Tommy Nyama
Following a professional career in the UK and Europe Tommy decided to set up TK Born & Raised.
He is the Met Police First Team Coach.
Coach & Lionesses Team Manager
Dylan Winfield
Dylan has been a part of the TKBAR team now for a number of years.
He is the coach of the newly formed TKBAR Lionesses.

Joe has been a part of the TKBAR family now for a number of years.
He currently plays for Molesey Juniors in the Epsom & Ewell League.

Teddy is another that has been with us for a number of years.

Our Mental Health Professional
Sabrina Bakare
Sabrina was a former International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Youth 400m Champion (2013) and IAAF World Junior 4x400m silver medallist (2014).
Sabrina graduated with a 1st Class Degree in Psychology BSc from Loughborough University with a Diploma in Professional Studies.
Sabrina has always been passionate about mental health and her goal is to raise awareness, educate and promote positive mental health.
